Unlikely. 3D is mostly untouched territory for games, with VERY few TVs in the US even supporting the feature (We're talking stereoscopic 3d, not the red/blue crap). While it is the inevitable future, it's one that's still a bit far off from being mainstream.
Plus, the Wii's meager processing power means that it may not even be able to process a proper 3D image.
